Remembering
Home is a person.
“Remembering” tells the parable of the prodigal son through the eyes of the prodigal himself. Upon waking up after a tough night out, Jack must find his way back to the one person who holds the fractured threads of his life together- his father. Beset by the consequences of his own bad decisions as well as a thick blanket of amnesia, Jack realizes the ultimate truth; life is not about what you have, life is about who has you.
Evan Atwood and I wrote and produced this film together over the past eight years. It started out as a short film project called The Forgotten Father that was only ten minutes long. Upon the The Forgotten Father’s completion and release, we decided to build out the story and turn it into a feature film. Remembering has completed principal photography and we are building marketing momentum toward streaming release. We could not have done it without our stellar cast and crew.
