At OneChurch, the mission was simple: bring more people into The Kingdom of Heaven in the shortest amount of time. The best way to do that was to Pray for One, “God, give me One person to share your love with today.” OneChurch’s Production team stood at the center of their missional strategy- to have more services in more places to reach more people. With clear vision, values, and strategy, we used all means available- from personal influence to the latest technology- toward this end.

I had the privilege of leading OneChurch’s Bedford Campus Production team during my time with them. During this time I fostered relationships that remain to this day, got to baptize a lifelong friend, and learned from all of those around me.
